Paradise
A short film I wrote, shot and edited whilst away in Sri Lanka. It started as a journal entry but I wanted to develop it into something I could share online. It’s easy to believe other peoples lives are perfect when you only see their social media posts. I share a lot of idyllic imagery so I wanted to create an edit that was more personal, adding something a little different to the Instagram world which hopefully others can relate to.
Unplug and Reconnect
I planned, filmed and edited this advert for The Wave’s spring reopening. We wanted to encourage people to ‘unplug and reconnect’ after lockdown by visiting The Wave. I used only natural sounds in the edit to emphasise the message to the viewer. This video was used widely by The Wave on social media and in paid advertisements. Sounds captured by Luke Predeth.
Surf Snowdonia
I was asked by Surf Snowdonia to repurpose old footage into a new headline video that showed the facility in an authentic and exciting way. Provided with mainly old edits and limited raw footage I knew this would be a challenge but I was really pleased with the final product.
Plas Menai
I was asked by Plas to repurpose old footage into a new hero video that that encompasses what the centre has to offer. Provided with limited raw footage that was very drone heavy I pieced together this edit and supporting reels in both English and Welsh.
Rise Up
I organised, shot and edited this promotional video to help attract more guests to book with Rise Up, the main aims were to showcase their beautiful retreat location, the activities on offer and overall atmosphere of the experience. I also created a series of reels which were shared along side the main edit on social media.
Gabby makes incredible videos and is highly professional in her approach and delivery. Her video showcasing our retreats was an invaluable tool for our marketing campaign.

Boardmasters Advert
I created this advert for The Wave to show at Boardmasters festival, a large annual surf and skate event in Newquay. It was played throughout the festival on the stage screens, used for paid social ads and played at service stations around the UK to encourage younger people to visit.
Adaptive Championships 2022
I was invited to the Adaptive Surf Championships at Surf Snowdonia to capture and create an edit of the event. I set up interviews with the athletes so I could create a narrative that ran through the edit, this helped communicate the passion and joy the event.
Bristol Bears
When Bristol’s rugby team visited The Wave I was asked to produce an edit that would showcase the energy of the day and help attract more professional sports teams and groups to the facility.
Nixon - The Weird
Six of the most respected and innovative shapers in the UK are challenged to create a ‘weird’ but functional board entirely by hand. The completed six boards are tested by some of the best UK surfers to decide which board is the best. I edited the series of videos that were used to promote Nixon’s latest waterproof watch designs. Footage by ‘Sideways’.
Soul and Surf
In this promotional video I wanted to encapsulate what it’s like to visit Soul and Surf India. Instead of using music I created a soundscape from audio I recorded whilst in India, I feel this gives the viewer a better understanding of the atmosphere and experience.

Team England Junior Squad
Filmed in just a few hours and in difficult conditions I was very pleased with how this edit came out. Created for social platforms to show what the team got up to on their training day at The Wave.
